    FXStreet (Mumbai) - While speaking in Frankfurt, the European Central Bank (ECB) Vice-President Vitor Constancio condemns the recent Paris terror attacks while adding that its too early to assess the impact of the attacks.

    On the monetary policy outlook, Mr. Constancio noted that the central bank has many monetary policy options and that the monetary policy will continue to be accommodative.
