    Japan Three Month Interbank Rate decreased to 0.09 percent on Saturday August 15 from 0.10 percent in the previous trading day. Interbank Rate in Japan averaged 1.67 percent from 1986 until 2015, reaching an all time high of 8.40 percent in September of 1990 and a record low of 0.04 percent in July of 2003. Interbank Rate in Japan is reported by the British Bankers' Association. In Japan, the interbank rate is the rate of interest charged on short-term loans made between banks.
