Key Quotes: "Base effects from the late 2014 oil price collapse will keep a heavy weight on headline CPI, seen at 0.2% y/y versus 0% in Sep. The BoJ’s formal target inflation rate, CPI ex-fresh food, is seen holding at -0.1% y/y while also excluding energy prices is seen at 0.8% y/y.
