    Producer Prices in the United States decreased 1.10 percent in September of 2015 over the same month in the previous year. Producer Prices Change in the United States averaged 3.11 percent from 1950 until 2015, reaching an all time high of 19.57 percent in November of 1974 and a record low of -6.86 percent in July of 2009. Producer Prices Change in the United States is reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. In the United States, the Producer Prices change measures the average change in price of goods and services sold by manufacturers and producers in the wholesale market during a given period.
