    Central banks were the specialist subject for Mathew Yeates, Quantitative Investment Manager for Seven Investment Management, when he joined Zak Mir and Bill Hubard, Chief Economist for Bullion Capital, on the Tip TV Finance Show. Key Points: Yeates noted that Draghi couldn’t have been any clearer, and to an extent he did deliver, with the only failure coming in the size of the asset purchases not being raised.
